Ways to put AI to work.
Start with a written review of where AI could help, or connect an approved tool to one defined workflow. Scope, deliverables, and price are agreed before work starts.
AI adoption and implementation
Find a useful use case, connect one workflow, train the team, or test an idea.
AI opportunity review
We review selected tasks and compare AI tools with existing tools and simpler processes. You receive a written recommendation based on your budget, data constraints, and the work involved.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →AI integration
Connect an approved AI tool to one agreed business workflow, such as preparing a draft from form submissions or organizing information for a team to review. We define the inputs, permissions, and human checks before connecting the tools.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →AI training
Training sessions use examples from your team's work. Participants practise using the agreed tools, checking results, and deciding what information can be shared.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →AI proof of concept
We build and evaluate a prototype for one use case in up to six weeks, using agreed data and success criteria. You receive the code, documentation, evaluation results, and a recommendation on next steps.
Up to six weeks.
Details →Governance, assurance, and readiness
Define safe use, review what an assistant can do, or prepare evidence for a decision.
AI usage and governance
Shadow AI is the use of AI tools outside an organization's approved processes. We start by finding what is in use, including AI features enabled inside software you already approved. We then prepare plain-language rules, an approved-tools list, and a way to request new tools. The goal is a usable path for adoption, not a ban that pushes usage out of sight.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →Cyber, Privacy & AI Readiness Sprint
Over two to four weeks, we review your policies, controls, and supporting evidence. We document gaps and prepare a summary of findings, a risk register, and an action plan.
Two to four weeks.
Details →Vendor & Insurance Questionnaire Support
We help draft answers to client security questionnaires and cyber-insurance applications, check them against your evidence, and identify gaps.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →Microsoft 365 AI go-live readiness
Copilot can surface content a person already has permission to access. We review sharing across the SharePoint sites, OneDrive content, and Teams workspaces in scope, identify potential oversharing, and prepare a sequenced remediation and pilot plan to inform your go-live decision.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →AI assurance review
Before an assistant or agent reaches staff or customers, we test agreed misuse scenarios. We examine the application, model instructions, connected tools, data access, and retrieved documents, then report demonstrated behaviour and proposed changes.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →AI governance framework readiness
Your board, customers, or regulator want to understand how AI is governed here. We map existing practices against an agreed framework, document gaps, and prepare an AI inventory, risk tiers, oversight steps, and supporting records for your organization to review.
Timeline agreed with scope.
Details →Self-Service Readiness Starters
Policy templates and checklists for small teams to adapt to their own practices.
