Production hardening
Add tests, access controls, monitoring, and deployment checks to an existing assistant or agent. Document what was tested, its limitations, and the work that remains.
Timeline agreed with scope. Fixed price agreed before work starts.
What you receive
- A review of how the system runs today: access, data flows, failure modes, costs, and what nobody is watching
- Tests for expected behaviour and for the cases that should be refused or escalated
- Access controls and limits enforced by the system, not only by the model's instructions
- Monitoring, logging, and a repeatable deployment with rollback
- A runbook and a prioritized list of what remains, with owners
Scope and limits
We agree the system, environment, and testing window in advance, and we work in a non-production environment unless you authorize otherwise in writing. Findings describe what was tested during the agreed window, not the system's overall safety. Ongoing monitoring and operation are scoped separately.
When this is not the right engagement
If the system is still a prototype with no users, a production build is the better fit. Hardening works on something that already runs and that people are starting to rely on.
