Microsoft 365 AI go-live readiness
Copilot can surface content a person already has permission to access. We review sharing across the SharePoint sites, OneDrive content, and Teams workspaces in scope, identify potential oversharing, and prepare a sequenced remediation and pilot plan to inform your go-live decision.
Timeline agreed with scope. Fixed price agreed before work starts.
What you receive
- A review of sharing and permissions across the sites and libraries in scope
- A list of content that could surface unexpectedly, ranked by sensitivity
- A sequenced remediation plan, with interim controls checked against your licensing
- A proposed pilot group, rollout order, and measures to watch after go-live
- A written go/no-go recommendation for the agreed scope
Scope and limits
We agree the sites, libraries, and teams in scope. This engagement reviews sharing and prepares a plan. Carrying out remediation, changing tenant configuration, and buying licences are separate decisions and work. Removing every oversharing risk across an entire tenant is longer-term work, not what this engagement delivers.
When this is not the right engagement
If you need a licence purchase or a tenant-wide permissions cleanup delivered immediately, this review is not the right scope. It prepares a decision and a sequence of work rather than making every change.
