AI opportunity review
We review selected tasks and compare AI tools with existing tools and simpler processes. You receive a written recommendation based on your budget, data constraints, and the work involved.
Timeline agreed with scope. Fixed price agreed before work starts.
What you receive
- A shortlist of use cases ranked by usefulness, feasibility, and risk
- Tool and vendor options compared against your budget, data, and privacy constraints
- Build-versus-buy advice, with ongoing cost and lock-in considered
- A written recommendation with a proposed first step and criteria for evaluating it
Scope and limits
We agree which teams, tasks, and tools to review. This engagement provides advice and a written recommendation. Implementation, training, procurement decisions, and legal review are separate work.
When this is not the right engagement
If you have already chosen a tool and only need it configured, an opportunity review is not the best use of your budget. Start from an integration scope instead.
